Water Leak

Dear Owners,

As you may have noticed, there is a water leak outside Plaza La Jolla that is currently reaching our development.

This issue was originally reported to OOMSAPAS on the very first day it appeared (2 weeks ago). Their staff visited the site and took some measurements during the holiday season, they confirmed that the water leak is from the city main pipeline, so it is not coming from any development. Unfortunately, the leak has not yet been repaired.

Today we submitted a new report, and OOMSAPAS has informed us that they will return next Monday, January 5th, hopefully to permanently resolve the problem.

In the meantime, to prevent more water from entering Building F, our maintenance staff will be placing sandbags as a temporary measure.

Estimados propietarios,

Como seguramente habrán notado, existe una fuga de agua sobre la carretera, a la altura de Plaza La Jolla, misma que está llegando hasta nuestro desarrollo.

Esta fuga fue reportada a OOMSAPAS el día en que inició. Personal del ayuntamiento  acudió al lugar y tomó medidas durante la temporada vacacional, confirmando que la fuga proviene del acueducto principal del municipio y no de algún particular. Lamentablemente, hasta el momento no ha sido reparada.

El día de hoy volvimos a reportarla y OOMSAPAS nos informó que regresarán el próximo lunes 5 de enero. Esperamos resuelvan el problema definitivamente.

Mientras tanto y con el fin de evitar que el agua continúe ingresando al edificio F, el equipo de mantenimiento colocará costales de arena como medida temporal.
