Stucco and Eaves Maintenance Schedule

Dear Homeowners,

We would like to share the schedule for the stucco and eaves that will be repaired this summer:

• Building D: May 4th to June 30th (8 weeks)

• Building C: May 11th to June 12th (4 weeks)

• Building E: June 15th to July 10th (4 weeks)

• Building C: July 13th to August 4th (4 weeks)

Please note that the duration of the work is tentative and may change.

We expect contractor´s staff to be present on the property during this period, as well as noise and dust until the work is completed.

Shortly we will share the schedule for the roof repairs on Building C and G that will be carried out by a different contractor.

Les compartimos el calendario de los trabajos de reparación de estuco y molduras:

• Edificio D: 4 de mayo al 30 de junio (8 semanas)

• Edificio C: 11 de mayo al 12 dejunio (4 semanas)

• Edificio E: 15 de junio al 10 de julio (4 semanas)

• Edificio F: 13 de junio al 4 de agosto (4 semanas)

La duración de los trabajos es tentativa, sujeta a los tiempos del contratista.

Así mismo, les recordamos que estas reparaciones se llevarán a cabo por parte de una compañía externa, por lo que esperamos algunos trabajadores caminando por la propiedad, además de ruido y polvo.

En breve les compratiremos el calendario correspondiente la reparaciones de los techos en los edificios C y G que realizará un contratista diferente.
