CFE Undergound Power Grid Update

Dear Homeowner,

We are happy to announce that starting today, Friday March 24th, 2023 CFE will be working on updating the infrastructure of the underground grid system around La Jolla. These works are part of a bigger project that will be covering from Cabo Azul l up to Palmilla.

The technicians will be working from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, for at least 3 more days, where noise of minor excavation on the pavement will take place for the new underground grip and taking out all the overhead distribution system, i.e., dismantling cables and equipment of medium voltage and pole structures. This means better distribution of the energy to our development, image improvement and less damages during natural disasters.

Please note that this is a Federal Project with no cost for the HOA and there will NOT be power interruptions or cuts during this process.

Please have in mind the people working in the gate area when driving by.
